And, it looks like "boy" won, but only by a slight margin. I am surprised that twins didn't do better, considering that I am the size of someone carrying multiples. I'm not going to lie, I wonder if I am having twins. I know that they would probably know by now, but this baby moves so much that there could be two in there.
I think I am having a boy, just like last time. It is not based on anything scientific, just a gut feeling of what I think I am destined to have. Believe me, I have thought about this a lot. I mean, a boy and a girl are so different, and their arrival would have different effects on our family.
I could see Abe being a big brother to a girl, and protecting her always. She will annoy him with all of her Barbies and her drama, and he will always think that she gets everything she wants. If it is another boy, I think Abe will still be protective, but I bet they will be buddies. I also think that our house will have a lot more holes, muddy spots, and broken windows.
But, who knows, I could be wrong about all of it, and this next kid could surprise us all and be a girl that plays football, or a boy that is a fashion designer and loves shopping with Mama (and I am not implying anythign else, FYI!)
So, I guess the moral of the story is that it is stupid to speculate and think about it too much because I have no control over it and what will be will be.
