So, what the heck is a Blogger?

I just thought that I would try "blogging" out ... I feel so weird, so exposed. Or maybe I just feel like a huge dork. I don't know. To be quite honest, I got this blogging site because I found Rosie O'Donnell's blogging site. She was doing some sort of free form poetry. I didn't know what to make of it. I thought, if blogging is good enough for Rosie O'Donnell, it's good enough for me. (Or, is it bad that I thought that).
Anyways, I have nothing really to say right now. I suppose that eventually I will have "topics" and "funny stories" to relate. I am still not sure if I want anyone to know about this web site. I fear that people will laugh at me, or be shocked by me, or what have you. Afterall, I was a journalism major, so I feel that I have sorta high expectations on my writing. What if I make a grammatical error!? Oh the horror!
So that's all for now. I will do my best on investigating what this is all about, and decide whether or not it is acceptable to let others know about it, without being labled a cyber-geek or something.
