I am not sure if anyone has seen the UPN show called Dance 360 .It is basically people "dancing off" with one another, and it is Jake's favorite show. He told me that he was going to go on and go "Face to Face" with someone. To explain this for those of you not familiar with the dance off scenario, picture about 50 kids in a Soul Train-like atmosphere, wearing colorful hip-hop clothes. There is a dance floor in the middle and every so often someone will get in the middle and bust out their best dance moves. Sometimes, another person wants to challenge them, then they do a "Head to Head," and the crowd chants, "head to head, head to head, head to head." It is all very exciting.
So, yesterday, Jake was explaining to me that he could be on that show. Nevermind that he is about 10 years older than everyone, and has more facial and body hair than probably their parents. He says that he always tells himself to "keep it legal and keep it sexy" before he dances. He then demonstrated to me his hip hop moves which involved some kind of crazy arm movements shimmying from the top of his body to the ground. His hips moved side to side, and then he even did some one armed hand stands. I don't remember the last time I laughed so hard in my entire life.
If any of you guys have Dance 360 in your local viewing area, I recommend that you give it a whirl.
