We are so hot. I think that Bermes was doing a pose from her high school floor routine. It was to the song "Hard Knock Life."
Anyway, I have been out of my creative self for awhile, thus the no posting. Work has been a big frenzy and I am getting ready to go to Youngstown for my cousin's wedding. There was a little panicking early last week because I could not fit into the bridesmaid dress. There is nothing like the panic of not zipping up bridesmaid dress a week before the wedding. One of my friends urged me to eat "jello and tuna" the week before the wedding. I think I would rather close the back of the dress with safety pins. But, don't fret because the dress fits today, which I figure is close enough to the wedding (which is Friday).
Jake and I saw "Wedding Crashers" on Sunday, and I am sure that I will have my eyes on the lookout for some at this wedding. There will be over 500 people there ... I am not lying. I am sure if the President showed up, no one would notice.

This is a picture of my mom after my dad gave her a diamond ring for her birthday. She was SO surprised. Can you tell?

Since this is basically just photos, I thought I would add this one ... It is from my Grandma's party. Notice the ungodly amount of chickens on a spit. I don't think I will ever see such a thing again. I only know about 5 of those people, including my Grandma. They seemed to know me though ... I had about a half hour conversation with one gentleman about pork chops and German restaurants.
I think that is all for now. I promise to write about Jolene's wedding ... I am sure it will be interesting. It is in Youngstown and involves my family. How could there not be some sort of story there? Just pray that my dress stays in one piece and that the train (yes there is a train) doesn't get me all tripped up. I tried to counteract the train with 4 inch heels, but that may backfire as well.
"Picture me rollin ..."

Vacation was so fun and the Y-town picnic was very cool. And of course all those people know who you and Robby are because grandma keeps them all posted on everything about you two. It was so great to see all of the Kirk Rd.peeps.And I am so glad so many of the younger folks could be there. All the people in that second picture were around when you guys were babies.
