These four men wearing bright colored skivvies (translation= shirts in Australian) bring joy to my son like nothing could, or ever has. He is captivated by their songs and dances, and this captivation allows me to get dressed and dry my hair in the morning. Thank you Wiggles.

Without this company I would not have clean dishes. Ever. Thank you dishwasher.

Sometimes you need to see really stupid people to be reminded just how smart you really are. That is how I feel about The Hills. It makes me appreciate the fact that my significant other is not an a*$hole. Thank you Heidi, for making me realize just how great my husband is.

Folgers
Whenever I get Starbucks I feel like I am on crack. That is because we drink Folgers every day and it is not very good coffee. Thank you Folgers for not letting me consume too much caffeine on a daily basis.

Brookie Cookie
I have the best hair stylist around. And, it is even better that she is one of my good friends. If she didn’t cut my hair, I would look like a homeless person. She makes me stylish and feel good about my person. And we all know that when you feel good about your person, you spread rainbows and moonbeams to everyone around you. Thank you Brooke. (BTW for all of you Indianapolis people, she works at Salon 6 and here is the number – 475-0997. Call her.)

Ever since I can remember I have watched the Macy’s parade on Thanksgiving. There was a period of time when I actually watched the performers and knew who they were. Now, I don’t really watch it from start to finish, but it MUST be on in the background just to add to the atmosphere. I don’t know what it is, but it just makes it feel like Thanksgiving. In recent years, there has been the addition of the dog show. And, you KNOW I watch that. Hecks yes. I am a stickler for traditions. I will pound them into Abe’s little way of life, like any good parent would do. Thank you Thanksgiving programming.
